Miyato Corporation is a boutique management consulting firm founded on a simple premise: great technology outcomes come from experienced people working closely with clients, not from large teams operating at arm's length.
We are a two-person firm, which means our clients always get senior attention, honest opinions, and no unnecessary overhead. We take on a select number of engagements at a time so we can give each one the focus it deserves.
Our combined background spans enterprise operations, product development, and custom application delivery — across legal technology, professional services, and the startup ecosystem.
Eric Tong
Principal Consultant
Eric brings over two decades of technology executive experience. As COO of oncorp — Canada's leading provider of automated legal search and registration services — he ran day-to-day operations for 14 years and led product development through the company's acquisition by Dye & Durham. He went on to serve as COO, CTO and CIO at Dye & Durham Corporation, playing a key role in taking the company public in 2020 (TSX:DND) while overseeing all IT across a large and rapidly scaling legal technology platform globally. He holds an MBA from Queen's University and a degree from the University of Toronto.
Yaeko Tong
Principal Consultant
Yaeko co-founded and scaled Sweet Caesar, a mobile application development firm delivering intuitive software experiences across business, media, and entertainment. With an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering and an MBA, she has advised technology companies at the executive level, and is a recognized voice in the Canadian startup community.
